How it Works
Just contact us via online form or call us at 352-377-4947 to schedule your free, private testing appointment. Come in at the scheduled time and we will administer a urine test. Within 7 days, you will return for your results. The results will be privately disclosed to you by a Registered Nurse.
There is absolutely no charge for the test or to receive your results. We provide this testing as a service to our community.

Gonorrhea and chlamydia are VERY common. The United States Centers for Disease Control estimates there are nearly a half-million gonorrhea infections each year and more than 2.5 million chlamydia infections.
